The finca is prepared for cultivating (specially for potatoes) and has about 200 fruit trees. Access to water of the dam with pivate counter (12 € per hour), the finca has a water reservoir of 400 m³ (12 hours of water) and a small dam to collect rainwater up to 70 water hours. The watering and the fertilizing is totally automated with motor-pumps and has as well an electric pump and a petrol motor in order to pump the water from the dam to the reservoir. Electricity of the motors is triphase and in the accommodation monophase.
